Purpose
Vero Pest & Environment may offer a referral bonus credit to existing commercial portfolio clients who refer new commercial or property management clients that enter into a qualifying portfolio volume discount plan or annual service agreement.
1. Eligible Referrals
A referral is eligible when:
The referred client signs a service agreement with Vero Pest & Environment, and
The referred client completes and pays at least one invoice in full, and
The referred client is not a current or former client of Vero Pest & Environment within the previous 12 months.
2. Referral Credit Amount
For each eligible referral, the referring client will receive:
A one-time account credit of $250
The credit:
Has no cash value
Is non-transferable
Applies only to service fees
3. Application Limits
The referral credit may be applied to no more than 50% of the subtotal of any single invoice.
Any unused portion of the credit may be applied to future invoices, subject to the same 50% limitation per invoice.
The credit may not be applied to materials, specialty products, or third-party costs.
4. Application & Expiry
Referral credits are issued only after the referred client’s first invoice is paid in full.
Credits apply to future invoices only.
Unused referral credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance.
5. Limits & Stacking
One referral credit is issued per referred client.
Referral credits may not be combined with other discounts on the same invoice unless approved in writing.
Referral credits do not modify annual plan pricing, minimum monthly volume requirements, service caps, or payment terms.
6. Program Changes
Vero Pest & Environment reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral credit program at any time. Credits already earned for qualifying referrals will remain valid until their expiration.
